CANCELATION POLICY: If the booking is cancelled 30 days or less prior to arrival date, no refund will be given.
If the booking is cancelled until 60 days prior to the date of arrival, we will refund 50% of the amount paid, deducted the bank expenses.
EXTRAS: 3rd person sharing: + 44€ on the daily rate of the room (option only available on one bedroom apartments). Babies: up to 2 years stay free (does not include baby food and milk, etc.)
NOTES: A deposit of 25% will be required to confirm reservations. This deposit must be paid by bank transfer.
