We stayed here for one week from 21/10 till 28/10. We loved the quiet place even though it was near Funchal city. The staff and the lady from the house are excellent and really make you feel welcome. We loved the room ' Suite' , beautiful view and a nice clean balcony. The food the cook prepares is very tasteful, the veggies are from there own garden and the tomatoes are the best we had in years. We had a great time time here although when we arrived the heaven opened itself for the whole first day but after that it was great.

Une très belle maison d'architecte bien orientée.La maîtresse des lieux (parlant le français) est charmante,courtoise,aimant offrir à ses hôtes petites attentions agréables et délicates.Maison confortable et très calme.Repos garanti,piscine bien entretenue et jardins très fleuris.Une adresse à retenir.Un point de chute pour visiter l'île aux fleurs...J'envoie par ce mail un petit bonjour à "Filomena" qui nous a si bien reçus.

My husband and I live in Madeira in Calheta, we have three small Lhasa Apso Dogs. Your guest house sounds fantastic, would we be able to book for a week for the tgwo of us and our three pets. The two floor apartment looks nice. The dogs are well house trained and we can walk them on the nearby levada. We would also like to sample your delicious sounding food - why go anywhere else when you can have a holiday on the doorstep. The first or second week of May would be nice. Please respond at your convenience, if it is possible for us to come with our pets. They are well socialized. Best regards.
